Shore Mariner Prawn Teezer promotion is open to companies or entities which purchase Shore Mariner foodservice products through a foodservice distributor.  All Shore Mariner direct customers are excluded from this promotion.  The promotion is promoted by Shore Mariner Ltd, 50 Luke Street, Otahuhu, Auckland 1062.  Offer commences 26th July 2010 and closes 5pm 13th September 2010, & is valid only with orders of 1kg or more of Shore Mariner 1kg Prawn Teezers.  Each qualifying order entitles the purchaser to one entry in the Prize Draw.  No limits apply.  All entries must include the completed entry form with the invoice number clearly written and must be received by 5pm 13th September 2010.  The prize draw will be held on 15th September 2010.  The first qualified entry drawn will win the prize.  The promoter will not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is sustained (directly or indirectly), or for any personal injury suffered by any entrant or winner in connection with this promotion, or with any prize offered, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  The Prize Draw will be conducted by the promoter and any decisions made by the promoter or the judges in relation to the promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  *The prize will be delivered by the winners' distributor of choice and will only include Shore Mariner products that are ranged by that distributor.  The prize value is $200 excluding GST.  Instructions entitled How to Enter form part of the conditions of entry.  A qualifying order is any order of 1kg or more of Shore Mariner Prawn Teezers.  Fill in the provided entry form with the invoice number clearly written & fax of post your entry formPlease note:  Invoice number will be checked with the distributor for clarification of purchase.
